He has extensive experience helping people whose lives have been deeply affected by depression and anxiety, as well as issues associated with life change, grief and loss, stressful relationships, and trauma. David’s approach to therapy is focused on positive outcomes, and his goal as a counselor is to help each client gain a sense of peace and meaning in life. 

LMSW, AADC, is a committed psychotherapist at Pioneer Health, with an educational foundation in interdisciplinary studies and social work from the University of Arkansas. As a licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Dillon specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. He employs evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT and is recognized for his compassionate, client-centered approach and interdisciplinary teamwork in delivering tailored, effective treatment. 

After 35 years in education, Nancy has embraced a new challenge as the office manager of Pioneer Health. Her expertise in organization, and attention to detail allows her to effectively oversee operations, streamline schedules, and manage a dynamic team. With a commitment to creating an efficient and welcoming environment, she draws on her extensive background to support those seeking to make a meaningful impact on our community.
